Sales Enablement
Inspiring Action
Your sales collateral should do more than inform—it should prove ROI, inspire confidence, strengthen connections, and drive action. From story-driven case studies and compelling presentations to automated follow-up email sequences and drip campaigns, the right materials help teams build trust at every step.
Show Your Organization’s Expertise
My work has helped secure multi-million-dollar B2B contracts by providing sales teams with assets that do a lot of the heavy lifting—establishing strong first impressions, and enabling sales teams to scale.
Story-Driven Case Studies
The most effective B2B case studies and customer stories prove ROI by tackling industry-wide pain points head-on. They show exactly how your product or service delivers tangible, measurable outcomes. By highlighting relatable challenges, case studies can build trust and offer a clear, compelling vision of what’s possible for businesses facing similar hurdles.
Prism.fm
At Prism.fm, a SaaS product for the live music industry, the sales team lacked quick, trust-building collateral to share with prospects—missing out on a key opportunity. Many potential clients faced challenges that existing customers had successfully overcome, but those stories weren’t being leveraged. By collaborating closely with clients, the sales team, and customer success, we identified the most impactful narratives and data, creating written and video case studies, along with video testimonials and a product demo video. This provided the sales team with compelling, real-world proof of ROI, giving them a clear reference point to build trust, make a lasting impression, and close deals effectively.
Pitch Decks
The most effective sales pitch decks create a sense of relatability—helping prospects see their own challenges in the problems you address and envisioning a clear path to their success. Instead of overwhelming them with features, the deck should focus on the buyer's pain points and demonstrate how your solution has uniquely solved those issues, leading them naturally toward action.
At Scan.ly, a SaaS company utilizing AI to build ERP software, developing a tailored pitch deck was instrumental in securing a major deal with a tobacco manufacturer. By first understanding the prospect’s pain points in detail and identifying key value propositions, a customized deck was created that truly resonated with the client. Through compelling story points, thoughtful design, and refined slides, the presentation helped Scan.ly land their largest client to date.

ECS Digital
ECS Digital needed to refine presentation slides detailing the technical approach for rolling out their DevOps consultancy services to a large banking prospect. Working closely with the sales team, the story points were crafted, and a clear, engaging deck was designed along with technical diagrams illustrating the phased roll-out and IT architecture. Securing a contract with this client played a key role in strengthening ECS Digital’s position in Enterprise IT Services and Consultancy.
Automated Email Sequences
The best automated email sequences for sales teams are those that don’t feel automated at all. By delivering genuinely helpful and thoughtful messages at the right time in the buyer’s journey, along with surfacing relevant links and content, automated email sequences can provide real value. With careful audience segmentation and a focus on addressing pain points, the sequences build trust, nurture relationships, and guide prospects toward action—without overwhelming their inbox.
Email Marketing
For automated email sequencing, I use industry-leading tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and Salesforce Pardot, which allow for precise audience segmentation, personalized content, and seamless integration with CRM systems to optimize the sales process.
