2023 – Current
As a consultant and fractional CMO, I’ve worked closely with executive leadership, product teams, customer success, and sales to lead GTM strategy and set up strong product marketing foundations. Industries I’ve worked with include tech (SaaS), non-profit, arts, food and beverage. I support organizations with strong messaging, competitive GTM and PLG approaches, sales enablement, social media, SEO and content strategy. My work involves identifying market gaps, analyzing marketecture, defining value propositions, and tailoring messaging and content strategy that outperformed competitors in key areas. I hire and work with creative teams, leveraging leading generative AI tools to scale content production, reporting to key stakeholders, leadership and board members. On average, I have produced a 200% increase in content output and a 30% increase in lead pipeline growth.

2022 – 2023
At Prism, I played a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic growth by leading the go-to-market strategies for several features. By on-boarding clients into a Customer Research Program and conducting in-depth interviews and competitive analysis, I crafted compelling value propositions, positioning, and messaging that resonated with our target prospects. This strategic approach laid the foundation for successful product launches that captured market attention. 2021–2022
At Google, I took the helm of developer marketing for Google Assistant, driving content strategy and multi-channel marketing initiatives that elevated the account (from the lowest performing) to becoming one of the highest-growing social media presences across Google in 2022. My role involved not only managing these campaigns and marketing channels, but also leading cross-functional teams through creative ideation, video edits, and complex rebranding initiatives, all while providing strategic guidance to senior leadership through detailed reporting and research.
